Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. Each user may maintain only one active account.

5. Rewards System

Our rewards system operates as follows:

• All earnings are subject to verification and approval

Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws on rewards received through CaptchaEarn. CaptchaEarn does not provide tax advice, does not calculate user tax liabilities, and does not deduct or withhold taxes on user rewards.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without warning:

• Automation Tools: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automation software
• Identity Manipulation: Creating multiple accounts, impersonating others, or providing false information
• Location Manipulation: Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools
• Fraudulent Activities: Fake referrals, task manipulation, or any form of cheating
• Security Breaches: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform operations
• Commercial Use: Reselling, renting, or commercially exploiting platform access
• Harmful Content: Uploading malware, spam, or inappropriate material

8. Account Suspension & Termination

CaptchaEarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Multiple account ownership detected
• Use of prohibited tools or methods
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Platform security concerns

In case of termination, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on CaptchaEarn, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CaptchaEarn and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• You may not use our branding, logos, or content without written permission
• User-generated content grants us a license to use it for platform operations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptchaEarn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Platform downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions
• Third-party actions, fraud, or external factors
• User errors, miscalculations, or misunderstandings

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned on the platform in the preceding 30 days.

By using our platform, you consent to:
