Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice: Please read this policy carefully. By using CaptchaEarn services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction & Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all financial transactions, service usage, and dispute resolutions on CaptchaEarn. It applies to all users, services, and features available on the platform.

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services

CaptchaEarn provides digital task-based engagement services including but not limited to:

  • Captcha solving and verification tasks
  • Online surveys and data validation
  • Digital engagement activities
  • Referral-based earnings
  • Promotional bonus activities
  • Rewards credited to user accounts represent completed task incentives and are not refundable once verified.
Digital Service Characteristic: Our services are delivered instantly upon task completion. Once a service is rendered, it cannot be "returned" or "reversed" like physical goods.

3. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our services:

  • Refunds are generally not available for completed tasks
  • Services consumed or accessed cannot be refunded
  • Earnings credited to your wallet are final upon verification
  • Promotional bonuses and rewards are non-refundable

  • Completed tasks with verified submissions
  • Rewards earned through legitimate platform usage
  • Referral bonuses after successful referral completion
  • Time spent on platform activities
  • Services already rendered or consumed

4. Wallet & Balance Management

All earnings are credited to your CaptchaEarn wallet. Wallet balances:

  • Are not transferable between accounts
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash except through approved withdrawal methods
  • Have no expiration but may be subject to account inactivity policies
  • Are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks

Wallet Top-ups (If Applicable):

Any wallet top-ups through payment gateways are final and non-refundable. Users must verify payment details before confirming transactions.

5. Cancellation Policy

A. Task Cancellation

Once a task is initiated or completed, it cannot be cancelled. Partial task completion does not qualify for partial refunds or compensation.

B. Withdrawal Request Cancellation

Withdrawal requests can only be cancelled under these conditions:

  • Request is still in "Pending" status (not yet processed)
  • User provides valid reason and obtains support approval
  • No payment gateway processing has been initiated
  • Cancellation request is made within 1 hour of submission

C. Account Cancellation/Deletion

Account deletion requests must be submitted through support. Note that:

  • Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed or voided as per policy
  • Wallet balances will be forfeited upon account deletion
  • Historical data may be retained as per legal requirements
  • Account deletion is irreversible

  • Verifiable system-wide technical issues
  • Extraordinary circumstances beyond user control

7. Dispute Resolution Process

If you believe you have a valid refund claim:

  2. Provide Evidence: Screenshots, transaction IDs, timestamps
  3. Verification: Our team will investigate within 3-5 business days
  4. Decision: You will receive a resolution notice
  5. Resolution: If approved, refund will be processed to original source

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To maintain platform integrity, we actively monitor for:
